The protection of your personal details is of particular concern to us. For this reason, we process your personal data only in agreement with applicable laws (GDPR, Austrian telecommunications act TKG 2003). This data protection information summarises the main aspects of data processing by ata Traction GmbH (hereinafter Data Traction).

Contacting Data Traction:
If you contact us via e-mail or phone, your personal data will be stored for the duration of six months, to process your inquiry and for the purpose of follow-up questions. Data Traction will not disclose this personal data to third parties.

Initiation of Business and Established Customers:
The data you provided is necessary within the fulfilment of contract respectively the fulfillment of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not prepare offer or enter into a contract. We process your data within the scope the fulfilment of contract for the following purposes:

  • communication with customers
  • offer preperation
  • business processing
  • accounting

We store personal data that is processed within an existing business relation for the duration of the business relation plus the duration of legal retention periods.

Website:
Our website uses neither cookies nor analytical tools. Your IP adress is not recorded. We solely record page views for statistical purposes. Your IP adress is rendered anonymous in this process and is thus not stored.

Data Recipients:
Certain data processing activities (e.g. IT- and software support) are performed by a data processors on behalf of Data Traction, corresponding data processing agreements are in place. Apart from that, we do not disclose your data to any third party without your prior consent within the scope of the fulfilment of contract.

Your Rights
You have the fundamental rights to access to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data port-ability and to object. If you believe that the processing of your data contravenes data-protection law or your legal claim to protection of your data has been violated in some other way, you can complain to the supervisory authorities. The Data Protection Authority is responsible for this in Austria.
